Locations: Dalston & Seven Sisters

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm

Holiday: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Additional Requirement: Occasional Saturday working may be required for stock takes and operational needs.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Team Lead to oversee our logistics and warehouse operations across our Dalston and Seven Sisters sites, ensuring equipment and stock are prepared, managed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to students and clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, dispatch management, stock control, and logistics administration across both locations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational performance targets are achieved while maintaining excellent service standards and a strong customer experience.

You will lead and support a team across logistics and warehouse functions, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and high standards of organisation, safety, and accuracy.

• Oversee daily dispatch operations including picking, packing, courier coordination, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Manage warehouse operations across both sites, maintaining organised, safe, and efficient working environments.
• Oversee stock control processes including stock takes, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and replenishment coordination.
• Lead, support, and develop the logistics and warehouse teams through effective management, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements where required.
• Identify operational issues and exceptions, implementing solutions and preventative measures.

You will have:

• Previous leadership experience within logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing operational workflows and performance targets.
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• A good understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch processes, and stock management.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

• Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations.
• Experience using inventory or order fulfilment systems such as Unleashed or similar platforms.
• Experience coordinating courier and dispatch operations.
• Experience analysing operational metrics and implementing process improvements.
