This magical day out for all the family encapsulates everything we do here at Lush, and you will be at the heart of bring the magic and plastic-free sparkle to Glasgow City. We are looking for festive friends - Santa Claus & Lushs famous Snow Fairy - to visit the Grotto this festive season.
Key Responsibilities
As Santa/Snow Fairy, youll: Bring magic to families visiting our festive Grotto through expert storytelling, listening and patience, to create spectacular moment for each visitor who steps through our door. Youll hand out prewrapped presents and blow Fairy Dust wishes, creating unforgettable moments this festive season.
Youll visit our Parent & Baby Grotto sessions, making magic for those who are experiencing Christmas for the first time!
- Youll remain full of festive cheer as well as calm and gentle. If you are a brilliant storyteller and attentive listener, this could be the the role of the season for you!
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
This is Lush Glasgow Citys second visit from the North Pole since openings the doors to its Anchor in 2023.
Previous experience as a festive friend is not necessary but you should have with experience with acting, improvisation, or character building.

- Ability to tailor persona to meet SEN/ASN visitors to Grotto
