Fosroc are looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our Tamworth site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of engineering support across our manufacturing and distribution operations - driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Fosroc is part of Saint Gobain UK&I and is a global leader in construction chemicals, providing innovative solutions for the building and infrastructure industry.
This role will work on a Rotating Shift Pattern (6am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am to 12 noon & 14:30pm to 11:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 11:30am to 17:30pm).
What you’ll be doing:
As Maintenance Lead, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our engineering function-ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational compliance, and safe working practices.
You’ll be based in a fast-paced factory environment where safety always comes first. The site includes dust, vapour, fumes, and designated noise zones. PPE is provided, and we embed strong EHS principles into everything we do.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a mechanical bias to lead the day to day operations. You’ll be a natural collaborator, able to build strong departmental relationships and have a can do attitude- really we can teach the rest!
