Now, we’re looking for a
Maintenance Technician to help us keep
Court Regis in Sittingbourne, Kent running smoothly and safely. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our spaces safe, green, and gleaming—making life better every day for our residents.
️ The Role
- Hours: 37 per week
- Location: Court Regis, Sittingbourne
- Must-Have: Full UK driver’s license
You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and help keep our gardens and grounds looking fantastic. From fixing a squeaky door to ensuring the fire alarm works perfectly—
you’ll be the hero behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep our gardens looking sharp—mow, plant, weed, repeat
- Fix, patch, paint—every detail counts
- Check on heating, lighting, fire alarms & safety systems
- Help with audits, spot risks, and suggest smart improvements
- Coordinate with contractors when needed

- Solid background in maintenance or trades
- Bonus if you’ve worked in residential or care settings
- Handy with tools and even handier with people
- Groundskeeping experience = a big plus
