POSITION OVERVIEW
The Employee shall, as per the instructions given by their line manager coordinate the team of the Maison and ensure the proper operation of the Maisonand cabins in accordance with the brand image and the values of Sisley. The Employee shall lead the daily activities in order to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments. The Employee shall dedicate a valuable know-how to the customers in order to obtain their
complete satisfaction and retain them in the aim to develop the turnover generated by sales and treatments.
As a Maison Manager for Sisley, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Therapists to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Sisley at all times. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting newdomestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through clientelling thus building brand loyalty.
GENERAL
Manage the Maison team on a daily basis
Build a team spirit, a dynamic and maintain excellence of service
Communicate goals and sales incentives
Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to the business needs
Offer a high quality of service to the customers
Welcome the customers and maintain confidentiality
Check the customer files are accurate and in order
Ensure respect for the treatment protocols and correct performance
Ensure the follow up of cash registers and traffic statistics
Coordinate the opening and closing of the Maison, ensurethe boutique is organized, attractive, clean at all times including replenishment, sample drawers, stocking and rotation of stock
To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Line Manager and ensure that there are sufficient levels
To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with corporate guidelines
Managing NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
To conductall assigned operational and administrative tasks including rotas and sicknessreporting
To be a Sisleybrand ambassador and representative at all times
To adhereto all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employeehandbook
Develop the clientele, recruitment, retention, events
Create, plan and execute events at the boutique to bring awareness and recognition to Sisley
Responsible for networking in the community and development of external partnerships to increase awareness of the brand
To build relationships with the high end boutiques, gyms, hotels and other businesses in the area that can bring awareness and recruit new customers to the brand
Submit monthlyrecap to the head office about month’sactivities and business
SALES
To lead and coach your team to ensure all Team Members,along with yourselfare aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your Line Manager
Managing NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
To proactively sell Sisley productsand provide a luxury standardof service to customers
To proactively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average items per transaction (IPT)
Preparing and organising activityon counter monthlywith your Line Manager’s approval
Booking Treatment Room appointments, preparethe rooms in between each event
All admin to be completed accurately and in a timely manner KPI: To achieve sales targets, achieve IPT and ATV targets
MANAGEMENT
To proactively manage all Team Members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and support with training and guidance
To manage stock levels, workingin partnership with the Line Manager to ensure that there are sufficient levels
To proactively grow your businessthrough events, appointments and return bookings
To ensure all operational and administrative tasks are complete and to the best of your ability KPI: Managing individual Beauty Therapists performance proactively through Line Manager support
SERVICE
To be knowledgeable on all Sisley products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
Demonstrate Sisley productson clients by means of skincare consultations, make-overs, Sisley protocols and confidently explain the benefits of each product
Demonstrate Hair Rituelby Sisley products on clients by means of hair product application, use of company tools and hair styling whilst being able to confidently explain the benefits of each product
Recruiting new customers to the brand through traffic stopping
To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
To developpersonal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
Ensure all customers are captured on Sisley database through SMILE or registration card (following GDPR guidelines).
To educate clients on Sisley products and the brand KPI:To achieve CRM and servicestargets as set by company
Any ad-hoc duties as requested
