The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support the growth and visibility of Miller across specific regions. This role is critical in aligning marketing activity with commercial objectives, delivering targeted campaigns, and supporting regional teams with tools and initiatives that drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Working with the Head of Marketing and central marketing support functions (Digital, Content, & Graphic Design), the Marketing Manager will act as a strategic partner to business development and broking teams —ensuring that marketing plans are relevant while aligned with Miller’s overall brand, values, and global marketing direction. This includes campaign planning, content creation, digital and social activation, events, sponsorships, and PR opportunities tailored to regional audiences.
The role:
Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing the regional marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the global marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and commercial objectives. Act as a marketing business partner to regional leadership by providing insights, planning assistance, and campaign execution. Identify market-specific opportunities and key client segments to drive targeted growth campaigns.
Lead the design and delivery of integrated campaigns aimed at generating leads, enhancing client retention, and creating cross-selling opportunities. Adapt messaging, content, and communication channels to fit the local market, client personas, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with pipeline goals and sales enablement strategies.
Plan and execute local and regional events, webinars, and roundtables to enhance brand visibility and foster client engagement. In partnership with the Content Manager, work alongside subject matter experts to develop regionally relevant thought leadership materials.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the regional digital presence, including localised website content, social media platforms, and email marketing efforts. Utilise marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Account Management to monitor performance and refine strategies. Ensure all materials adhere to compliance standards and align with Miller’s global brand guidelines.
Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to assess campaign performance, providing stakeholders with insights on effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and market trends. Continuously enhance campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights for improvement.
