We are seeking a bright, energetic Law Graduate with a strong LLB degree or GDL to join our legal team within the Business Affairs department and provide support to the General Manager.
The successful applicant will join our legal team, and assist with a variety of legal tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: reviewing and revising licence agreements and other legal documents as required, researching specific legal issues and programme rights best practices and reporting findings, and providing legal support to the Business Affairs and Sales teams. The paralegal will also be expected to manage rights databases, maintain internal procedural systems and communications, draft various application forms, and complete availability checks for the Sales team, alongside any ad hoc duties that may arise.

Key Tasks:
· Drafting and amending licence agreements, with progression to work on distribution agreements
· Liaising with producers for approval of key commercial terms
· Managing an internal rights database
· Completing and filing various forms as required
· Perform other tasks and special projects to assist the Business Affairs team as required
