The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Design Manager to lead our technical design department and manage a small team of junior designers. You will take full ownership of the design process post-sale, creating comprehensive, stage 4 designs for heat pump systems, solar installations, MVHR, and full M&E solutions.
This is a senior, "plug and play" role. You will act as the primary technical authority for the installation teams, ensuring that designs are meticulously detailed to prevent on-site issues. You will triage design requests, manage the department's workflow, and implement robust Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across all relevant RIBA stages.
