We’re seeking someone to join our team Office 365 squads to lead the design, development, and integration of Gen AI apps and integration using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The Workforce Technology team is responsible for delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions, including the design, configuration, and integration of these technologies into the firm.
The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation with a focus on Custom agent development and Copilot integrations, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a global team.

This is a Lead Workplace Engineering position at VP level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What You’ll Do In The Role
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide workplace technology solutions.
- Lead the workplace engineering team, ensuring the effective delivery of workplace technology services.
- Develop and execute a workplace technology roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all workplace technology, including end-user devices and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to ensure workplace technology supports business operations.
- Manage the workplace engineering budget, including technology investments and resource allocation.
- Ensure the implementation of security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements in workplace technology.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the workplace engineering team.
- Custom Agent development and Integration using Copilot Studio and tech stack
- Gen AI Fundamentals and Copilot Integration: Foundational knowledge in Gen AI and experience in configuring and supporting Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications.
- Copilot Studio : Design, development, and integration of Custom agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and citizen developer enablement.
- Knowledge of AI development, governance frameworks , patterns and risk monitoring
- Knowledge on Copilot extensibility model, including Connectors , Copilot API and Plugins
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus, Entra ID and Graph API.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), including sensitivity labels, encryption, and data classification.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- A minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering Office 365 solutions
- A degree in computer sciences or another related area
- Track record of design and delivering a Office365 , Copilot Agents and Integrations
- Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred
- Experience in M365 and Copilot deployments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical Skills Gen AI and M365 Copilot integration
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform
- Understanding of enterprise data governance and privacy implications when using AI tools
- Integration approaches for Copilot agents across Microsoft 365 apps and third-party platforms, including Power Automate, Graph API, and custom connectors
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents , integration and plugin in enterprise environments.
- Office365 experience - O365 Foundation, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Security tool Purview DLP and Information Protection
- High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures
- Business Skills Excellent communications skills
- Experience working in globally distributed teams and liaising with engineering and vendor support team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and Stakeholder management
- Collaborate with IT and governance teams to ensure agents comply with firmwide AI policies, including usage monitoring, security, and lifecycle management
