The role:
- Contribute towards the company’s Recruitment target
- Work with Partnership Recruitment and Academy Recruitment to create recruitment meetings through proactive outbound engagement.
- Responsible for researching, identifying, and attracting high-quality prospects in Lanes A, B, C, D, E, G & H.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, in a manner that promotes and preserves our culture and the SJP brand
Key Responsibilities of the Job :
- Initial prospecting, market research, and outbound engagement across different marketing channels.
- Utilise marketing tools and strategies, such as Salesforce Pardot to identify and attract qualifying prospects.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Recruitment team to create opportunities
- Effectively nurture prospects with relevant marketing collateral and e-communications on our proposition.
- Develop prospect relationship to enable a meeting with a Partnership or Academy Recruitment Manager.
- Achieve meeting targets and KPIs, as agreed with the Partnership Recruitment Consultant Team Leader.
- Ensure that appropriate processes, as prescribed by the company, are followed to enable effective engagement with prospects in a controlled and professional manner.
Who we're looking for: Essential Criteria
- Knowledge of how to make an appropriate and effective go to market approach to prospects Including cold telephone calls
- Experience of using marketing tools to generate recruitment meetings.
- Good knowledge of SJP’s Proposition to Advice Professionals
- Good knowledge of the SJP Adviser Academy
