People Administrator

People Administrator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused People Administrator to join our regional People Team, supporting Aureus Secondary School. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong HR admin skills and a passion for people and recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering efficient HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinating recruitment in line with safer recruitment guidelines
• Managing pre-employment checks and maintaining compliance records
• Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries
• Supporting general school admin as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Strong admin and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work independently
• HR experience and/or relevant qualification (desirable, not essential)
• A flexible, team-oriented approach

The Details:

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Salary: £26,272 – £34,936 FTE

Hours: 24 hours a week Monday to Friday - 41 weeks (Term time plus 2 weeks)

Closing Date: Friday 11th July, 9:30am
