Are you an innovative and driven Podiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact on community health and patient outcomes? We are seeking a dynamic clinician to join our forward-thinking service as we undergo an exciting period of service transformation and integration
In this role, you will not only deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care but you will also play an active role in co-designing new clinical pathways, digital transformation initiatives, and population health strategies
You will have experience and knowledge of a broad range of podiatric practice together with a desire to learn and develop further. You will assess patient's podiatric needs and deliver quality programmes of Podiatric care in a variety of settings including community clinics and domiciliary settings. You will be an integral member of the podiatry team and have opportunities to attend a variety of clinical rotations and to specialise in wound care, musculoskeletal, nail surgery or diabetes and some of our podiatrists now specialise in leg ulcer care at our podiatrist led leg ulcer clinic. All staff are supported and encouraged to take part in service transformation, various CPD activities and support for further self-development

- Podiatric Medicine Degree or equivalent (diploma)
- HCPC reg

- IRMER certificate
- Member of Royal College of Podiatry
- Envolvement in teaching
- Broad podiatric experience
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- Broad spectrum of clinical experience
- NHS podiatry experience
- Awareness of current NHS trends and policies
- Experienced in the provision of high risk assessments, treatment planning and delivery of minor surgery.
Desirable
- Experience of leading a team.
- Experience of clinical audit
- Experience in managing a domiciliary caseload
