Essential Experience Of The Principal Engineer
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.

- Provide technical support and guidance to maintain the design intent of existing mechanical handling systems and equipment
- Lead multidisciplinary design consultancy projects focused on new systems, modifications, life extension, and capability enhancements for cranes, lifting equipment, and related assets
Essential Experience Of The Principal Engineer
- Experience in design and substantiation of components and systems
- Skilled in hand calculations and FEA analysis
- Proficient in engineering drawings and 3D modelling (preferably Inventor)
- Knowledge of nuclear or safety-critical environments
- A minimum of an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or CEng accreditation with relevant experience
