Production Coordinator (Roblox)

We’re looking for a Roblox Production Coordinator to support the development and live operation of branded and original Roblox experiences. This is initially a 3 to 6 month freelance contract that will primarily be remote, with the option of coming into our White City premises once weekly / biweekly.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

You'll help manage production schedules, coordinate tasks across design, art and engineering, maintain documentation and support live operations including community management on Discord. This is a hands-on delivery role ideal for someone organised, proactive and passionate about gaming and UGC platforms (Roblox).

Experience in game production or Roblox workflows is essential. Game design knowledge is a plus.

Must-Haves:

• Experience coordinating projects in games, immersive media or UGC platforms.
• Familiarity with GDDs and design documentation.
• Understanding of Roblox monetisation and live game analytics.
• Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail.
• Confident managing schedules, task tracking and team communication.
• Familiarity with Roblox and Discord.
• Proficient with tools like Monday.com, Google Workspace and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of QA processes, bug tracking and version control workflows.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Game design experience.
• Hands on experience with Roblox Studio.
• Exposure to branded content, IP based projects or working with external partners.
• Interest in current Roblox trends, UGC ecosystems and player behaviour.
