Programme Manager – Digital Healthcare (Remote, 9-Month FTC)
Salary: £70,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Remote
Contract: Fixed-Term, 9 Months
We are working with a global healthcare solutions provider who are seeking a proactive and experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a multi-country digital programme. This is an inflight programme which requires an experienced PM to come in and bring structure and assurance to the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overarching governance and oversight across all country-level projects.
- Coordinate communication and reporting between country project managers and global stakeholders.
- Chase and align project managers to ensure cohesion and consistency across regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, clear communication, and adherence to agreed plans.
- Maintain visibility across all activities, ensuring governance processes are understood and followed.
- Act as a control point to prevent individual countries from deviating from the programme strategy.
About You:
- Proven experience as a programme or project manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working without micromanagement.
- Confident in taking the initiative, engaging stakeholders, and following up on deliverables.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A background in healthcare or medical sectors is essential
This is a remote-based role, offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with a competitive annual salary of £70,000 (pro rata).
