We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who shares our passion for excellence. As part of our forward-thinking team, you’ll play a key role in driving meaningful change in sustainable manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
- Support operational teams to resolve quality issues to ensure product quality and supply.
- Support product development activities to provide new materials to market.
- Issue production instructions.
- Lead an 8D approach for internal and external complaints.
- Analyse raw material feeds and generate reports.
- Create documentation required within our ISO 9001:2015 system to ensure quality products are produced.
- Updating and reporting on quality KPI’s
- Supporting the compliance function in providing samples, logging results and summarising performance.
- Conducting internal audits (ISO9001:2015)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualification in an Engineering discipline to HNC/Degree level or demonstratable competence and expertise.
- Experience in a quality engineering role.
- Experience of working within manufacturing/mining/refining.
- Knowledge of test methods, data analysis, problem solving methodology and other quality tools.
