Relationship Manager
We're looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Investor Relations Manager to join our coverage team in the UK. In this high-impact role, you'll be on the front line of investor engagement—combining strategic outreach with deep financial insight to drive capital inflows and build lasting relationships.
You will:
- Lead outbound investor engagement efforts through targeted outreach, in-person meetings, and investor calls
- Build trust and credibility with investors through thoughtful, relationship-driven engagement and well-prepared communications
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations—to ensure alignment and execution
- Contribute to broader fundraising strategies, investor communications, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a well-organised investor pipeline and accurately track all touchpoints and interactions
- Navigate complex, high-stakes conversations with commercial sensitivity and professionalism
- Support with continuous improvement, e.g; go-to-market strategies and contribute to growth across the UK and Ireland
The next Moonfarian:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations, capital raising, business development, or related roles within private markets or financial services
- Bachelor's and or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- CFA or CAIA qualification preferred—or actively working toward one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to drive outcomes through investor relationships
- Demonstrated experience in Finance and or Private Equity, while engaging or working with sophisticated investors
- Deep understanding of the private equity ecosystem and institutional investor landscape
- Highly organised and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
