The Team
Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and we require an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated Resourcing Assistant to provide a high standard of recruitment-related administrative assistance and support to the organisation.
As part of our wider Human Resources service, the Resourcing team play a crucial role in ensuring Cundall attracts and retains highly skilled engineering and business operations talent to our operating locations all over the world.
The Role
The Resourcing Assistant will support the Resourcing Business Partners by providing a high quality recruitment administration and advice relating to recruitment campaigns across all of our regional and international locations. They will communicate responsively and professionally with internal managers, candidates, and external service providers.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and takes pride in providing reliable and efficient administrative support with excellent attention to detail. It is also crucial that the successful applicant is able to juggle multiple prioritise while navigating a range of complex tasks at pace.
Ultimately, the objective of this role is to support our Resourcing Business Partners, hiring managers, and applicants by ensuring the administrative elements of the end-to-end recruitment cycle are handled in a reliable, responsive, and customer-focused manner.
The Skills
You will want to join our team if you enjoy working in a fast paced and varied administrative role that invovles an element of customer interface. This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in providing a consistently high standard of service, and possess careful attention to detail; an organised approach to time management; and a proactive sense of initiative.
Though it is not essential, some prior knowledge of working within an in-house Recruitment/HR team may be advantageous, particularly if that experience includes co-ordinating diary appointments (such as interviews), of working with relevant software packages including the Microsoft Office suite, and of and supporting stakeholders with a range of administrative tasks.
Crucially, you are a professional and effective communicator, and enthusiastic to join a great team of collaborative colleagues.
