On our 3-year Retail Degree Apprenticeship you'll work towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant management career within our unique food retail business.

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a Bsc (Hons) in Chartered Management at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging, so to support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme you will be ready for a Manager role in one of our sites and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
As the fast-paced world of retail isn’t 9-5, this role involves early starts, late finishes, night shifts and working weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s hard work for sure. But it’s also very rewarding. Every day is different, and we’ll support you every step of the way. If you love helping customers, learning to become a retail manager is a great idea!
