The Opportunity: We are experiencing aggressive growth with our AICA solution and are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual eager to drive market adoption of a truly pioneering AI product. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and showcasing how AICA empowers asset managers to achieve unprecedented levels of compliance and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Outreach: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within asset management firms, compliance departments, and financial institutions.
- Solution Evangelism: Articulate the unique value proposition of AICA, demonstrating its capabilities in addressing critical compliance challenges (e.g., fair order aggregation, regulatory adherence).
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Market Insight: Gather market intelligence, understand client needs, and provide valuable feedback to our product development and engineering teams.
- Partnership Development: Explore and cultivate strategic partnerships that can accelerate AICA's market penetration.
- Represent Level E: Act as an ambassador for Level E at industry events, conferences, AI accelerators, and webinars.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in sales or business development, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions within the asset management and/or compliance sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in financial services, particularly compliance challenges faced by asset managers, is highly desirable.
- Academic Excellence: A Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from a reputable institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Technology, Data Science).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a proactive, self-starter mentality.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into compelling solution proposals.
