We’re expanding our commercial team in Reading, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to learn fast, win big, and grow their career.

What You’ll Do

Book high-quality meetings for our Business Development team
Run smart outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and offline channels
Research fintech, payments, iGaming, and financial-services companies
Tailor messaging that cuts through and earns attention
Own your pipeline and keep it sharp
Support campaigns with our Marketing team and follow up on event leads
Travel to attend tradeshows and meet prospects in person

What You Bring

0–3 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or anything that proves you can communicate and persuade
Confidence, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
A love for targets, momentum, and seeing the pipeline grow
Hunger to progress into BDM/AE roles
