Role overview
This is an exciting new role for an inspirational sales leader to accelerate our growth journey and expand our customer base across SAP Consultancy and Application Management Services (AMS).
You’ll lead, coach, and develop a talented sales team, instilling confidence, building capability, and empowering them to consistently deliver results. Through your energy, enthusiasm, and motivational leadership, you’ll create a culture where sales professionals at all levels can grow and succeed.
You’ll also play a hands-on role in driving business development, winning new clients, and deepening existing relationships. By embedding Salesforce analytics and using KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline insights, you’ll ensure the team not only hits targets but exceeds them, sustainably and repeatably.
