About the role
Following an exciting development in our team. The Guinness Partnership is recruiting for a Sales Progressor based at our London office on a full time 35 hour per week permanent basis.
Guinness currently operate a hybrid working style, where you will spend 3 days per week working in the office and the other 2 days working from home.
Guinness Homes have a growing pipeline of asset disposals, so we are looking for an ambitious Empty Homes Sales Progressor based in our London office to assist in the creation of sales legal packs and progress plot sales through to exchange and completion within agreed time scales while delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Lead Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for progressing homes marked for disposal through to exchange and completion within agreed timescales by coordinating with solicitors, agents, and internal teams. Proactively resolves legal and technical queries, contributes to sales target through collaboration and regular pipeline analysis, and ensures accurate data recording via the CRM system. Continuously seeks improvements to enhance processes and customer experience.
You will receive a basic salary of £34,916 plus £4,000 Local Job Supplement for London Based Roles and your on-target earnings can reach £42,916 per annum if sales targets are achieved.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally you will be a Paralegal or Sales Progressor with previous experience gained within a housing association or agent, and a Legal Conveyancing background is highly desirable.
You Will Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Experience of property residential sales progression.
- Thorough knowledge of property legal conveyancing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume, target driven environment.
- Proven experience of delivering high quality services in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Working Knowledge of IT systems and ability to use dedicated CRM.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and planning own workloads.
- Proactive and self-motivated with drive and tenacity to produce results.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to A level - proof of qualification will be required
