Techno-Functional Business Analyst (Salesforce) - 8+ Years Experience

Location: 3 days per week in Peterborough, 2 days remote

Start Date: Immediate upon selection

Experience: 8+ years (Primarily in Salesforce)

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce technologies to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
Translate requirements into detailed design documents
Provide technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
Perform POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate solutions before rollout
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and support

Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Administration, Customization
Solid experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
Experience in managing customer relationships and expectations effectively
