Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for a technical Salesforce Energy & Utilities (E&U) expert with in-depth knowledge of Order Management processes and data models to support integration discussions with the Billing system team. The expert will be required to attend two workshops to respond to technical clarification questions, focusing on how order data is captured, managed, and transferred to downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend 2 technical workshops with the Billing system team
• Provide expert guidance on the Salesforce E&U Order Management architecture, configurations, and integration design
• Clarify technical aspects of order data structures, flows, and system behaviors
• Support alignment between Salesforce and the billing solution’s technical requirements
• Identify and document any technical gaps or integration dependencies

Requirements:

• Proven technical experience with Salesforce E&U Cloud, specifically in Order Management
• Strong understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns within the Salesforce platform
• Familiarity with utility billing systems and related integration points
• Ability to articulate technical details clearly in a cross-functional environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
