- Has considerable financial knowledge and experience in Kirklees school business matters.

- Is aware of Health and Safety protocols for schools and supports staff to meet guidelines.
- Is pro-active, organised and able to lead and work with our friendly team whilst meeting appropriate deadlines.
- Is willing to become involved in all aspects of school life.
- Is understanding of pupil needs always ensuring they gain the best resources.
- Is aware of all aspects of safeguarding in school.
- A motivated, professional, dedicated and friendly staff team with supportive Governors.
- Polite and happy children who enjoy coming to school.
