And as a Senior Account Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance across all contractual obligations.
- Foster a culture of resilience and adaptability, ensuring the team can flex to support new growth opportunities and changing client needs.
- Build a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage professional growth and learning across the team through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Promote positive health and safety behaviours, ensuring all team members understand and uphold HSE standards.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the wider business to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with operational objectives.
- Act as a visible leader who promotes open communication, accountability, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Take full ownership of contract P&L’s, ensuring financial targets, budgetary control, and accruals are effectively managed.
- Oversee financial reporting to clients, highlighting variances, opportunities, and risks, and ensuring transparency in all financial dealings.
- Drive efficiency through strong supply chain management, ensuring best value, compliance, and optimal performance across planned, reactive, quoted, and remedial works.
- Ensure all statutory and non-statutory obligations are met and that governance processes are followed consistently.
- Identify and deliver cost savings and value-added opportunities for both Bellrock and the client.
- Use data insights and trend analysis to improve service delivery and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain robust commercial awareness and ensure decisions align with Bellrock's financial and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships founded on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
- Actively identify and pursue growth opportunities, including service expansion, cross-selling (particularly within smart engineering and sustainability), and new project support.
- Use performance data and client feedback to propose improvements and innovations that enhance client value.
- Represent Bellrock in a professional manner, acting as an ambassador for our services and values.
- Support business resilience regarding new clients, new contracts, and expanding service scopes without disruption.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen Bellrock's reputation for delivering smarter, technology-led property solutions.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations, deputising as required in their absence.
- Provide accurate and timely performance, financial, and compliance reports to senior leadership and clients.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making discussions, offering insight based on operational performance and market trends.
- Support wider business initiatives, projects, and transformation programmes designed to improve delivery models, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practice, streamline processes, and strengthen operational resilience across multiple contracts.
- Represent the operations function in internal and external forums where required.
What does it take?

- Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site facilities management with proven P&L accountability.
- Qualifications: Facilities Management qualification or IWFM Level 4 (Level 5 desirable).
- The role requires a calm, proactive, and professional leader capable of balancing client expectations, commercial outcomes, and team performance.

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between Head Office Leicester LE1 6LP and your home address Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
