What you'll innovate:
- Advanced coating performance on sustainable leather textiles from R&D to production
- Collaborate with suppliers and universities on cutting-edge coating solutions
- Optimise coating effectiveness and assess the impact on product performance
- Manage scale-up processes from ideation to full manufacturing
- Lead your own projects and test breakthrough coating technologies
- Provide technical recommendations for next-generation solutions
You bring:
- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
- 4+ years coating industry experience (printing, packaging, paint, polymers)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Supplier management and excellent communication skills
- Passion for sustainable innovation and circular materials
