We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and dynamic teams in the Derby, Loughborough, and Market Harborough offices. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
• Carrying out searches, assisting with reports (depending on experience), and dealing with Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision
• Supporting solicitors and fee earners to ensure smooth progression of matters.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry/online portals.
