We are looking for someone who has a real passion for professionalism in every aspect of our operations, who will build momentum on our quality journey and ensure that we retain and enhance our external accreditations. This role is to cover a maternity leave for 9 months.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure we meet our internal schedule, using directly-managed staff and volunteer auditors appropriately.
- Lead our external BSI audits due in November 2025 – arranging the audits, conducting preparatory work, supporting the audits while they happen and appropriately landing NCRs and improvement actions within the business
- Own our NCR process and register, investigate NCRs alongside other investigators, progress actions to closure
- Support the Engineering and Manufacturing Systems team with quality and process improvements, as a key stakeholder
- Be the quality representative on the Quality Council and the ME CoP
What We’re Looking For
You will be a qualified auditor with a sound knowledge of business processes and improvements, an eye for neatness and detail, and a commitment to improvement.
