We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Staff Nurse to join our friendly and innovative Community Intervention Service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community nurse to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across Tamworth and the wider locality.
You will work closely with the Lead Practitioner, and Operational Lead to support service delivery, staff development, and the continued evolution of community nursing in response to local population needs.
