SEO Specialist

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven SEO Specialist / Senior SEO Executive to join our team of performance marketing specialists. Our ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable thinking on their feet and taking ownership of project delivery from day one. The role is fast paced and offers a blend of creativity and analytical skills across different areas, so no day is the same.

The role is client facing and would suit someone who is great at building relationships and rapport, and comfortable communicating and presenting. Your client would be a global tech brand and you'd be working across multiple markets, so the opportunity is huge.

How you'd spend your day

Some examples of tasks you'd be expected to perform:

• Analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Data Studio and SEMrush
• Identifying opportunities to develop our SEO activity via keyword and market research
• Planning and implementing SEO project plans
• Setting monthly and quarterly objectives and ensuring they're achieved
• Writing optimised metadata across multiple product categories
• Writing optimised content and optimising existing content
• Performing technical SEO audits and raising tickets for fixes
• Internal link optimisation
• App Store optimisation including reviewing app metadata, visual assets and technical performance
• Developing written and PowerPoint reports and presentations to showcase our work and results to clients
• Identifying drops in results and suggesting optimisations to counter them
• Using AI tools to make processes more efficient e.g. AI translation
• Identifying successful tactics for AI search through testing

What we're looking for

Experience: 1+ years working in a fast-paced agency/client SEO environment, e-commerce, website or content experience, experience working across multiple markets including non-English languages, strong knowledge of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation). ASO knowledge would be a bonus!

Competencies: previous experience working with AI (both in processes and search), experience with using the following tools: Screaming Frog, SEMRush, SEOClarity, GSC, GA4, and strong reporting ability, project management, time management, excellent content writing, technical SEO knowledge, on-page optimisation ability, Excel and Powerpoint proficiency, comfortable with client comms, able to lead calls independently
