About The Role

As the Service Co-Ordinator for ETERNA UK, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, supporting Bobst’s ETERNA product line — a leading range of die-cutting and folder-gluer machines for folding carton packaging. You’ll manage service schedules, coordinate technical interventions, and ensure customers receive exceptional support every time.
This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, values precision, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and business success, making you an essential part of our team.
This position is dedicated to ETERNA within the Bobst Group structure and works in close alignment with both brands. It combines the agility and specialised focus of ETERNA with the global standards and resources of Bobst Group. While supporting ETERNA’s service objectives, the role ultimately reports to BGL and integrates with Bobst Group processes, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and access to a worldwide network of expertise. This unique positioning offers the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic brand while benefiting from the strength and stability of an international group.
What You’ll Do
Be the go-to person for all service coordination, ensuring customers get the support they need when they need it.
Take ownership of service requests — from the first call to the final resolution — making every interaction smooth and professional.
Bring order to complexity by scheduling installations, preventive maintenance, and technical interventions with precision.
Keep things moving by tracking orders, updating customers on delivery timelines, and solving problems before they become delays.
Work hand-in-hand with technical experts and field engineers, connecting the right people to tackle complex challenges.
Turn feedback into action by capturing insights and driving improvements that make our service even better.
Be the one who closes the loop, ensuring every case is completed and every customer feels valued.
Play a key role in shaping customer satisfaction, helping us deliver service that customers trust and remember.
What We’re Looking For
Are you someone who thrives on organisation, loves solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a service superstar who can keep things running smoothly and make every customer interaction count. You’ll need:
A proven track record in customer service or service coordination, ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
Outstanding communication skills - you’re clear, professional, and approachable.
Organisational excellence - juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus).
A proactive mindset - you don’t wait for problems; you solve them before they happen.
A passion for teamwork and collaboration, because great service is never a solo act.
