Royal Mail is hiring a Service Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of IT services. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead incident resolution, and drive service improvements across internal teams and suppliers.

- Manage IT service delivery and stakeholder relationships
- Lead High Priority Incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Support major incident and out-of-hours management
- Analyse performance data and implement service improvements
- Ensure smooth service transitions and SLA compliance
- Strong IT service management experience (ITIL preferred)
- Excellent communication, analysis, and supplier management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
