Site Support Specialist

Fosroc are seeking a Site Support Manager in our Southern sales region - covering the South East and South West - and contribute to our strategic project delivery across key national accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a dynamic territory, collaborating with both internal teams and major stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

As Site Support Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering key construction projects across the South East and South West, supporting regional sales targets and building strong client relationships. Your work will be a mix of on-site support, project management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key focus areas:

• Driving sales performance across the South East and South West to support regional and national budgets.
• Managing key construction projects from inception to completion across the Southern region.
• Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with contractors, specialist applicators, clients, and project stakeholders to form structured key account partnerships.
• Delivering toolbox talks, training sessions, and site support for Fosroc products and systems.
• Identifying and tracking new project opportunities through client relationships, market intelligence, and platforms like Barbour ABI.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to produce project case studies and raise brand awareness.
• Providing monthly performance reports, sharing insights and improvement recommendations.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all project and contact activity in the CRM system.
• Working closely with the Spec Hub, Customer Services, Technical, and the wider internal team to ensure seamless project execution.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Site Support Manager with a solid understanding of the construction industry and a passion for building strong, long-term relationships. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, engaging with a wide range of internal departments and external stakeholders across major projects.

You’ll bring:

• Strong planning, organisation, and teamwork skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into sales
• Practical knowledge of construction sites and site environments
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and effective negotiation skills
• A self-driven, results-oriented approach
• A full UK Driving Licence

I

t’s a bonus if you also have:

• Experience with key account management or site-based work
• Understanding of construction H&S and a valid CSCS card
• Knowledge of key clients and competitors in the Southern region
• Awareness of how marketing supports brand development
