- Flexible investment scope, allowing us to navigate across the capital structure in order to provide bespoke and versatile capital in a variety of contexts.
Special Opportunities Analyst Candidate Missions
- Taking an active role in the entire spectrum of special opportunities and / or real estate credit investment,
- Analysing investment memos, and presentations,
- Researching strategic and financial trends within specific sectors or industries,
- Undertaking company and / or real estate valuation based on different methodologies (DCF, trading comps, etc.),
- Autonomy with models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery, analysis and sensitivity analyses based on different scenarios,
- Preparing Investment Committee memos and participating in Investment Committee,
- Monitoring pipeline and existing portfolio and preparing investor’s reporting.
Profile
- 1-3 years of prior experience in credit investment, investment banking, financial analysis, M&A, private equity or transaction services is required,
- Looking for an autonomous, open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive individual, with:
- Rigorous and excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities,
- A proven aptitude for working in a challenging environment,
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack,
- Proficient English is required, whilst another European language is advantageous.
