We're partnering with a fast-growing insurance business to find a Strategic Growth Manager for their high-performing Financial Lines team (FI, D&O, PI, and Cyber).
This role is ideal for someone from a commercial or specialty insurance background who thrives on driving strategic change, delivering projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-impact growth initiatives across the UK Financial Lines portfolio
- Work directly with leadership on market strategy, proposition development, and placement innovation
- Build scalable tools, frameworks, and processes to support growth
- Collaborate across functions – including ops, marketing, and underwriting
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3 years in strategy, consulting or project delivery
- Strong understanding of Financial Lines or commercial insurance markets
- Confident managing stakeholders and navigating complex projects
- Practical, delivery-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
