Your impact
Ensure effective procurement processes of goods and other services, components and materials, on time and on budget and in line with technical requirements. You will coordinate and manage the procurement processes of goods, professional and other services, components and materials, in line with current strategies, procedures and operational plans. You will coordinate the operational management of purchases related to the product categories under responsibility (e.g., monitoring Requisitions, issuing Orders), as well as program procurement management within IPTs.
What You’ll Bring
- Establish Commercial Agreements, including Customer flow downs, NDAs, TAs, and Export Licences
- Prepare Request For Quotation and Contract documentation packs, such as Bid Packs and Contractual Terms
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and taking corrective action when needed
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
- Act as a key facilitator between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Negotiate purchasing contracts effectively, ensuring value through time, cost, and quality.
- Use SAP effectively to create compliant Contracts
- CIPS preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of Contract Terms & Conditions.
- Working knowledge of Trade/Export Compliance.
- Good Negotiation skills and ability to influence.
