Are you an experienced grounds maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Team Leader to join our clients growing garden maintenance company, working across a range of residential sites, public parks, and commercial grounds in the Bristol area.

About the Role: As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a small team (2-3 operatives) to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services. You'll take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best year-round while ensuring your team operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Leading daily operations and motivating your team on-site

Carrying out a wide variety of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, planting, and general upkeep

Monitoring job quality and ensuring work meets client expectations

Liaising with management for scheduling, materials, and reporting

Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in grounds or garden maintenance (essential)

Team Leadership Or Supervisory Experience (preferred)

Good communication skills and a can-do attitude

PA1/PA6 and other relevant horticultural qualifications (desirable but not required)
