While familiarity with Data Science and Generative AI (GenAI) is a plus, the heart of this role lies in orchestrating agile execution and fostering collaboration across teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover and prioritise high-impact business opportunities.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that empower technical teams.
- Champion agile delivery by being an enabler—not a conventional BA—focused on unlocking team potential and accelerating value creation.
- Craft and manage incremental delivery plans that enable rapid deployment of business value through iterative development.
- Drive continuous feedback loops to refine solutions and ensure alignment with evolving stakeholder needs.
- Evaluate and shape new technology-enabled use cases, including GenAI, Data Science, and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Data Engineering teams to seamlessly embed solutions into operational workflows.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the creation of training materials and internal documentation to promote adoption and knowledge sharing of AI/data solutions.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in technology innovation led or agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile approaches and mindset
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and business case development.
- Ability to create user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Conceptual knowledge of GenAI (LLMs, prompt engineering).
- Exposure to lo-code platforms
- Understanding of ethical AI, model evaluation, and data governance.
- Experience in consulting, product management, or innovation teams.
