What You’ll Do
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Supporting strategy analysis
- Analyse current state of our domains, data and systems
- Map OKR desired against tech strategy guidance
- Understand, identify and minimise risks of transformation projects
- Define business change implementation approaches whilst maintaining stakeholder buy-in and delivery of the
- strategy.
- Understand, challenge, analyse and design high level process flows
- Develop Long term strategy ideas for IT4IT and how it fits within our value framework
- Be able to advice and support general questions about what, why and how we operate within IT4IT.
Supporting Elicitation and collaboration
- Establish relationships with key business stakeholders, become the trusted source of information
- Build mutually beneficial relationships within Tech_VOIS community
- Facilitate workshop and strategy meetings.
- Moderate Technical discussions and translate key concepts for business users.
Supporting Requirement Collection, Analysis & Design Definitions
- Specify requirements and be able to clearly articulate (in context) how they will drive value.
- Define design options that stem from contextual analysis
- Analyse potential un-seen value and opportunities that lead to actionable recommendations
- Trace, Maintain and prioritise Requirements.
- Shape and scope projects and requirements.
- Process Mapping Capability (ARIS experience preference)
- Partnering with teams to understand and map current processes (capturing its context)
- Champion IT4IT best practice and strategy and advocate them across the wider organisation
Supporting Solution Evaluation
- Propose, analyse, measure, and assess performance measures
- Evaluation solution and organisational limitations
- Review tooling and strategic approach to question how to increase solution value
Support strategy governance internal auditing
Capture the maturity, implementation and pain points of domains alongside opportunities to enhance them.
Who You Are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Technical and business competency in how to translate complex issues into simple constructs that can be understood with minimal context
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong time management, action tracking and leadership skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops
