We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to become a permanent, full-time member of our team. The role involves working from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. The ideal candidate will join a committed team serving a loyal customer base at our Grange Park location (NN4 5FB).

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of our Northampton warehouse operation.
Day-to-day, you will manage inbound and outbound activities, safely handle goods, follow manual handling procedures, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
You’ll also assist the Warehouse Team Leader and may step up as acting Supervisor when required, helping to maintain seamless operations and support continuous improvement.
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- An in-date Reach truck licence
- Supervisory experience would be beneficial to your application
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems
- Good communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience
