Wills, Tax and Probate Lawyer

A respected and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer (Wills & Probate) to join its thriving team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

This is a full time position, with a salary banding starting at £60k (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload with a focus on wills, tax planning, and probate
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning within the department
• Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and mentor junior team members
• Work independently with initiative, professionalism, and confidence

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law
• Strong technical expertise in wills and probate matters
• A proactive, client-centred approach to legal service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• A passion for collaborative working and contributing to team success
