What You'll Be Doing
- Provide 1:1 support to a student, ensuring they feel confident, included, and engaged.
- Work closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and activities to the child’s needs.
- Support the child’s emotional and academic development, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Foster positive relationships, encouraging the student’s independence while offering guidance when needed.
- Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 support role.
- A passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity in approaching learning challenges.
- Ability to work well with both children and the wider team.
