Highbury area who is passionate about helping individuals in the community live fulfilling and independent lives.
Being a Support Worker in social care is incredibly rewarding. Youβll build strong relationships, support people in achieving their personal goals, and be part of something truly meaningful.
Your Role Will Include
- π Helping with everyday tasks - cooking, dressing, cleaning
- π¨ Supporting hobbies, social activities & community trips
- π Administering medication (as required)
- π Writing daily care plans and keeping accurate records
- π‘οΈ Promoting safety, dignity & safeguarding
