A leading international law firm is looking to hire a 3–5 PQE Associate into its growing Renewable Energy & Energy Transition practice in London. This is a key hire within a high-performing team that advises on some of the most strategically significant energy projects and investments across the UK and Europe.
The team has a strong reputation for advising developers, sponsors, utilities, and institutional investors on the full lifecycle of renewable and low-carbon projects, including offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, energy storage, carbon capture, and wider infrastructure plays linked to the energy transition.
The Role:
- Advising on M&A, joint ventures, project development, and commercial contracts across a broad spectrum of renewable and low-carbon energy projects.
- Working closely with clients on novel regulatory and commercial issues arising from the transition to net zero.
- Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, regulatory, construction, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
