Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission

💡 What’s the position?

A 360 Recruitment Consultant, owns the recruitment process from start to finish from sale to close and delivery.

We have two complimentary professional services business that compliment your recruitment business and provide a high value USP to our clients and your ability to win business.

🏆 Your Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):

• Winning Business: The most critical part of the role will be your ability, and track record, of securing recruitment projects (Perm / Contract / Search)
• Finding Top Talent: Leveraging your network, your ability to use modern search techniques and traditional routes, such as enhanced LinkedIn packages, to uncover hidden talent in the relevant sectors.
• Managing Client Expectations: Partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional results, ensuring repeat business.
• Owning the Process: Handle everything from winning business on the right terms to advertising roles to negotiating offers.
• Staying Informed: Be the expert in your market.
• Crushing Targets: Smash individual and team KPIs to unlock incredible rewards, incentives and progression.

• Experience: 2+ years solid track record in recruitment as a 360 recruiter able to demonstrate client/business wins from your own efforts.
• Ambition: You’re motivated by success and surpassing your income expectations
• Skills: Exceptional communicator with a track record in closing sales / new business and delivering exceptional candidates to clients.
• Work Ethic: Adaptive, proactive, resilient with an attitude towards constant personal development.
