Position Overview
As an Associate in the ENRI Projects team, you will play a crucial role in leading and advising on large-scale, multi-faceted projects across sectors such as construction, energy, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. Your expertise in commercial and project law will be instrumental in ensuring comprehensive legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on large-scale, multi-faceted projects, ensuring comprehensive legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex and bespoke contracts, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with clients' strategic goals
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, contractors, and third-party advisors, maintaining clear communication to manage and mitigate risk
- Navigate the legal complexities of the procurement process, providing sound legal counsel and strategic advice to safeguard clients' interests
- Manage and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during a project, applying effective dispute resolution strategies
Requirements
- Strong academic background in law, with a thorough understanding of commercial and project law
- Proven experience in managing and advising on large, complex projects, particularly in sectors such as construction, energy, infrastructure, or public-private partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to draft and manage contracts with precision and clarity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, delivering high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
