We are looking for a 5D Lead to join our Infrastructure team in Newark on Trent. You will support the project leads with the delivery and adoption of 5D+ digital workflows. To provide a key contact for the design teams, site teams, and commercial teams, and support coordination across all technical work streams. To support the implementation of the 5D+ strategy and deliver on customer requirements and enable in-house Bill of quantity development coordinated with various functions.
What you'll do:
- Support 5D+ implementation and development at a framework / project level.
- Have an active part of working groups and steering groups aimed at developing new ways of working and new BU & OU level strategies.
- Support & lead where required department level engagement sessions and subject matter experts to develop the best fit solutions for projects and Skanska Infrastructure.
- Support implementation and management of digital design control procedures and systems.
- Supporting the implementation of strategies, standard methods & procedures (SM&Ps).
What you'll bring to the role:
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or an appropriate professional qualification.
- Awareness and importance of stakeholder engagement.
- Good knowledge of the strategic development and implementation of 5D processes on a project and corporate level.
- Knowledge of at least one of the Method of Measurement standards and the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards.
