Are you passionate about making a difference in the housing sector? Flagship Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accommodation Manager to join our team at Tripos Court. Reporting to the Head of Market Lettings and Projects (Asset Management), you will play a crucial role in solving the housing crisis by maximising profits through effective and prudent estate/asset management while mitigating financial risks to the business.


In this role, you will provide an efficient and effective management service to all students, staff, and colleges. You will develop relationships with key partners to enhance the performance of our student portfolio and assist in reviewing the strategy for student accommodation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring outstanding customer service and the overall performance of the portfolio.


As an Accommodation Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication, administration, and customer service skills. You will build relationships both within and outside the business, expanding your knowledge of the student accommodation sector. This role will allow you to develop and enhance your skills in line with Flagship's values.


We are looking for someone with experience in delivering outstanding customer service and putting the customer first. You should be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Confidence in working to agreed performance measures and objectives is essential, as is proficiency in using all Microsoft Outlook packages.


The ideal candidate will have experience in line management, be able to manage budgets and clearly understand P&L as well as be educated to GCSE standard or hold a relevant NVQ, CIPD, CPP (or equivalent), or be working towards one of these qualifications.
